Notes
This is based off the Dead Ringer recipe from Northern Brewer.
Change I've made:
- First hop addition rounded up to nearest full oz (originally was 0.75oz for the 5 gallon batch)
- Doubled amounts for our 10gal batch
- Bumped the grain from 22lb of 2-row to 24lb to boost the ABV
- Cut the 5min hop addition amount in half and threw the other half in at flame out
