1.074 original gravity! whole hops clogged my system so had to strain into fermenter -- hop bags a must next time I whole hop. 1272 takes off and is bubbling ferociously at 75° F within three hours of pitching.
Rack to secondary 10 days in - gravity at 1.024 - bottled - nice balance - want more hops next time. Nice beer!
