Dissolve 1.5kg Briess CBW Pilsen Light LME in 3L water
Bring to the boil
Add first hops and reduce to simmer
After 10 min add remaining hops
After 1 min remove from heat
Steep 15-20 min
Strain to fermenter

Add 1.7kg Thomas Coopers pilsener LME to fermenter
Bring to 21L
Check SG and top up with water to 1.044.
Pitch yeast at 25degC

Ferment at 20-22degC
