Notes
1st batch: OG was higher than expected at 1.063. After 3 weeks in fermentor, finished sweeter than planned at 1.021, 10 points higher than the recipe. May need to pitch a second yeast on next batch, or with to Belle Saison or Wyeast 3711. Sweetness evident in first tasting after 1 week in the bottle. Gravity from the bottle at 1.023. Definitely needs more time to finish, but overall taste is outstanding.
