This sounds awesome! I'm a total noob at this point, I've only done a few batches with brew kits. Question.. when I go to bottle this do I have to prime the bottles with sugar or is that needed because of the lactose?

Summeroftony if you are going to bottle then I’d recommend buying conditioning tablets from your local home brew store and add about 3 to each 12 ounce bottle. Lactose doesn’t work for priming because it is snot a fermentable sugar, it is only really used to add body and sweetness to beers. Cheers, bud.
