Notes
to honor mr cornell, i'm hoping this comes across as an accessible yet strong black ryepa. pitched 2 packs yeast.
sparge got stuck, next time I'll add rice hulls, also fg came in at 1.020, I think I'll add a little sugar to bring that down next time to about 1.015. Hop aroma excellent, darkness from midnight wheat doesn't add roastyness.
