3 "C's" CASCADE - CENTENNIAL - COLUMBUS is my attempt to clean out my fridge and make a batch of beer. I have the hops, and the yeast. Both of these are old, so better late than never using them. I have most of the fermentables, and just need to put them to good use. I have an empty fermentor right now.
