2 smack packs of Wyeast 3711, no starter.

Tastes pretty good, but not perfect. Kind of a mix between a belgian and a farmhouse, rather than the light/fruity/hoppy farmhouse I was targeting. Next time will not make it as malty, and will use a bit more dry hop.
