Notes
- Add grined chufa to the mash.
- Add honey, peer puree and lactose in the last 15 minutes of the boil.
- Dry hopping starts on 2nd day.
- No hops stay longer than 3 days in contact with the beer.
- 1 stick of cinnamon for each 3-5 liters.
