Strike temp on 8 gallons is 163
Mash @ 155 (156 actual for me) for 60 minutes (single infusion...no sparge)
1teaspoon Fermax yeast nutrient @10 minutes left in boil
Pitched yeast 9-29 at 8:30pm....had full krausen 12 hours later next morning.
Steady krausen for four days @66 then ramp to 71
10/10/2017 took gravity. 1.016. Tastes delicious. No off flavors at all.
10/13/17. Gravity stable at 1.016. Kegged and carbonated....still hazy. Delicious.
