Notes
"Grits" is actually 1.5 lb bag of Bob's Mighty Tasty Cereal, containing rice, corn, buckwheat and sorghum.
Might dry hop this, which will take it from the malty more towards the hoppy. Bu I've got a pile of Saphir hops left over, and I do like me a dry-hopped lager...
