Happy Fathers Day! I brewed this recipe with my Dad in mind. Fermented with our classic house yeast and combining Warrior, Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, and Columbus hops, it exhibits flavors and aromas of papaya, pineapple, sweet orange, and a hint of honeydew melon.
