If I wanted to turn this into a Christmas Eggnog Stout by adding vanilla beans, cloves, cinnamon sticks, made, and nutmeg... would you consider using these additives in the boil or in the secondary? And would you soak the spices in either vodka or bourbon before adding to the secondary?

I would put a little of each at 5min left in boil, and more in secondary

I was thinking 2 Vanilla Beans, 10 Cloves, 4 Cinnamon Sticks, 3 tsp Mace & 1 tsp Nutmeg for the whole 5 gallon recipe... 1/2 in boil & 1/2 in secondary?
