Racked after 2-3 weeks with lots of cloudyness
added 4 bottles of free will dregs at racking
Over the summer temps in the basement were reading 73-75. eak!
Added 1 oz custom roast french cubes on 12/3. Tastes great!
Kegged in 2/18. Not quite sour enough, but still good.
