-Stepped 400g of crushed 2-row in 6L at 67C for 30 min.
-Boil wort for 60min in 13L
-Yeast was rehydrated for 60 min
-initiated fermentation initiated at 17C
-17 days in, SG= 1.012 and surprised at the elevated bitterness... like West coast ale.
Bottled at 21 days ....8L with 64g dextrose (2.3 Vol. of CO2) + keg.
Final OG=1.011

Apparent Attenuation: 77%
