Notes
Boiled 5 gal of water
Once boiling, turn off heat and add all 5 lbs extract. Bring to a boil again and add hops.
Topped off with .5 gal after boil
Topped carboy off with another .5 gal
Total fermenting around 6 gal
Boiled for 30 minutes
Don’t forget whirloc tablet
Stirred wort with paddle handle
