Notes
Steep corn in water until it comes to a boil and remove.
Add malts and boil.
Add 1 hops
Add 2nd hops.
Add corn sugar at 15 minutes until end.
Add whirlfloc 10 minutes til end.
Cool to 65 degrees, strain into fermentor, and pitch yeast, finish fermenting in spiegal for 10 days. Should be close to fg.
Transfer to keg, ad 4.5 oz or corn sugar or other sugar (check calculation to end up with 2.7co2) , wait 2 weeks with keg in warm butshady spot. Cool to 30 degrees for a week, purge any sedime6from bottom of keg and drink.
