Procedures

Bring water to boil
Remove from heat, add extract, sugar and the first hop addition
Boil 40 minutes, add final hop addition
Boil 20 minutes
Remove from heat, cool to 66ºF, oxygenate wort
Pitch 1 vial WLP080 Cream Ale Yeast Blend
Fermentation

Primary Fermentation: 1-2 weeks at 66ºF
Secondary Fermentation: 2-4 weeks

CO2 - assume existing green co2 of .90 minus the goal of 2.4= 1.5 needed.
(1/2 oz/US gal) sucrose --> 1 vol. CO2
So 1.5x.5=.75*5gals = 3.75 oz of dextrose to mix with 1 pint of boiling water and add to keg.
