After boiling the DME and honey in roughly 1 gallon water, cooled to about 100 F, added a whole cup of light greek yogurt (with strawberries). Put into warmed oven. Left it there for 2 days. The pH dropped from 4 to 3. Boiled wort with hops for ten minutes. Cooled wort and poured onto red wine yeast cake.
