5 lbs of dark roasted grains will be cold steeped.
2qrts of water per 1 lb of grain.
2.5 gallons of treated water at room temp for 24 hrs
- Sparge with .5 gallons of water (100-150 degrees) while grain bag is dripping
- try to end up with 2 gallons to add to wort @ 10 min remaining in boil
