Add 5g table salt to East Anglia's hard water to hit above profile, along with 9ml of 85% phosphoric acid, and a little campden to handle our friend chlorine. Mash with 24l of water, no sparge, top up with additional 4l of water in boiler to counter 4l/hr boil off and approx 4l loss to grain absorbtion.
