Notes
Bittering can be either Magnum or Warrior at 60 minutes for 30 IBUs.
Amarillo is the anchor hop.
HOP X equals one of the following (choose only one per recipe):
Citra
Chinook
Simcoe
Nelson Sauvin
Amarillo (single hop)
All hop additions should be per recipe. Dry hops additions will be in primary fermenter before yeast pitch.
Yeast will be US-05, WLP001 or any other Chico strain.
Mash guidelines are for temperature only. Calculate volumes for your system. Also. make slight alterations to grain bill or volumes to compensate for variations in system efficiency to achieve 1.055 O.G. if possible.
