Notes
Original recipe uses 1 oz cascade @ 60 min instead of chinook. Chinook was added because I have a stockpile of it and it's only a bittering addition.
I thought my efficiency was wayyyy too high. It ended up being that I don't know how to use my new refractometer :( Added more hops to balance the (what I thought would be) high alcohol. This is an IPA now!

Tasting notes. I'm glad I added the extra hops. This is an incredible IPA I'll be brewing this again.
