Strike grains with 4.06 gal of water at 164.4 °F.
Mash at 154 °F for 60 min.
Vorlauf and lauter 2.61 gal in your first runnings.
Add 3.39 gal of sparge water at 168 °F.
Vorlauf and lauter 3.39 gal in your second runnings.
Your combined runnings should be 6 gal.
Mash Schedule (8lb Mash, 5gal boil)
Strike grains with 3 gal of water at 165.9 °F.
Mash at 154 °F for 60 min.
