brewed on 4/3/17. started at 6:32 PM. took 23 minutes to reach 155 degrees F the grains were soaked a little warm between 155-160 F.
took out grains brought to boiling. this one has fewer hops but for longer and less acid. it will be interesting to see how it turns out.
