I owe much of this to Orfys recipe. Now just a little more mellow. Use pack of yeast after getting it started in 125 ml of water.

Note: American rye selected from menu, actual grain used is British malted rye, probably any malted rye will work.

Just an easy drinking old fashioned mild That is much darker than the software thinks it is.
