Notes

Amazing nose. Good flavor, but would like more. Might shift the mid hop editions to 15 minutes.

Using a higher balance of chloride to sulfate.

First Dry Hop addition is in primary. Dry Hop 2 & 3 are in secondary.
Cold crash after all dry hoping is complete.
No fining.
