Notes
The only tweaks needed on this great clone recipe is upping the toasted coconut to 1.5 lbs or maybe trying a high quality extract as the flavor faded fast after tapping the keg.
Also I added some oats for head retention. The oil in the coconut dissipates the head pretty quickly.
