Notes
Mash at 155 °F for 60 minutes and mash out at 170 °F for 60 minutes. Add all 4 lbs of blackberry blossom honey starting at 5 min left in the boil. Ferment in primary at 68 °F with for 7-14 days, ensuring complete fermentation. Transfer to secondary for 7-14 days to help clarify a bit and remove some left over yeast.
