At an 80 c. Mash I don’t think so. Mash should be between 66-68c. Mash out isn’t even that high it is normally is around 76c. You will get almost all unfermentablesugars at that hi temperature. I personally don’t ever even use a mash out temperature rise. The one time that my mash went to 80c. I was distracted I ended up with a totall sweet undrinkable beer even after mixing it wit another full properly mashed 50 liters.
