Notes

6 days after brew day (2/25/17) I took a gravity reading and it was 1.020. Nice aroma, dry and bittering.

Adjusting for temperature to calibration of 60F, OG was 1.071 and 2/25 gravity was 1.021, or 6.56%. Going to dry hop hop now (2/25) and give it a slight shake to hopefully get a couple more points out of it.
