2/20/17 brewdate
I got fresh oak smoked malt from Pilot and the smell was pungent enough where I halved what I had anticipated to use. Mashed in at 153 and finished at 151.
transferred to barrel 3/2/17
short on fill so added a liter of boiled water. Gravity at 1.024.
