Brewed on 7/13/13
Steep roasted barley at 160 F for 60 minutes. Add to boiling water, add 3.0 lbs extra light DME. Return to boil and add 0.5 oz Target hops. Boil 60 minutes. Add 6.0 lbs light DME, add 0.5 oz Target hops. Boil for 20 minutes. Add Irish Moss. Boil for 10 minutes.
