Brewed on 4/5/14
Mash grains for 45 minutes at 160 F. Add to LME in brew pot, bring to boil. Add 1 oz Cascade, boil for 30 minutes. Add 0.5 oz Cascade, boil for 20 minutes. Add 1 tsp Irish Moss, 0.5 oz Cascade, and honey. Return to boil and boil for 10 minutes.
