Brewed on 4/12/15
Mash grains for 45 minutes at 160 F. Add to brew pot and add DME. Bring to boil and add Columbus hops. Boil 30 minutes. Add LME and 0.75 oz Ahtanum hops. Boil 15 minutes add Irish Moss. Boil 15 minutes, remove from heat and add 1.25 oz Ahtanum hops. Stir and move to ice water bath to cool.

Bottled with 1.5 oz priming sugar and 2.5 oz cane sugar
Excellent beer. Nice head with retention. Rich flavor & hops profile. Mom's favorite homebrew.
