Brewed on 11/23/15
Mash grains at 160 F for 30 minutes; add to pot with 3.3 lbs LME, DME, and candy sugar. Return to boil and add 1 oz Jarrylo hops. Boil for 30 minutes; add 3.3 lbs LME. Boil for 15 minutes and add 0.5 oz Azacca hops, yard hops, and Irish Moss. Boil 10 minutes and add cane sugar. Boil 10 minutes; remove from heat and cool in ice water bath.

Bg = 1018 on 1/17/16
Bottled with 4 oz priming sugar
