I ended up making variations of this batch. I bottled 3 pints of the base stout. 3 pints of a medium roast cold brew coffee variant. 8 bottles of a dark roast sumatra cold brew rested on 1 oz of oak and bourbon, 3 oz of cacao nibs and one vanilla bean. 15 bottles of the stout with 6 oz of bourbon, 2oz of french oak chips, 5 oz cacao nibs and 2 vanilla beans added to the secondary fermenter for 2 days before bottling. I will post an update once I have tasted all the variations.
