Notes

Vanilla beans were cut, scraped and soaked in 1 and 1/2 travel sized bottles of triple distilled vodka and added to keg. I did not secondary, I did 2 weeks primary and one week cold crash all in primary fermentor. Turned out amazing, clear and subtle.
