Zest 10 blood oranges - 4.5 ounces
Freeze the zest
Dry hop in primary for 3 days
Remove from primary dry hops
Place frozen zest in secondary
Transfer to secondary on top of frozen blood orange zest
Allow 5-7 days in secondary - depending on taste
