Try to find Fawcett Crystal and Chocolate. Gordon Strong suggests this is the key to the recipe.
I could not track down Fawcett, so went with Hugh-Bairds Crystal and Chocolate.
Other hop options: Kent Goldings, Goldings, Fuggle.
