Etymologi: Navngitt etter Professor Ystenes sitt skjellsord mot elever som ikke forstår stoffet, bare lærer seg metoden. Dette var bryggelaugets første øl, og oppskriften ble funnet på nettet og fulgt blindt, altså ren metode.
