pull 4 quarts water from mash volume for cereal mash and heat to 158F
mix 4 oz 6 row with corn grits in 2 gal pot and hold mash at 148F for 15 minutes
heat cereal mash to boil, stir constantly for 30 min.
add cereal mash to main mash
adjust mash to 152F and rest for 45 min
