Ice bath for 2 hours +
pitched yeast at about 22 degrees C
going to ferment for at least a week then barrel it up with 85g brown sugar priming.
1 week wait then try..
dry hop 10g of each hop in king keg.. leave for one more week.
then try taste and get drunk :)
