Notes
Use Perle @ 60 to bitter for double brew day, making a session IPA and a super dry ale with the same grain bill. At the end of the boil, transfer 22ltrs via hop filter full of mosaic as a hop burst into 2nd kettle and whirlpool for session IPA
do all spec malts for Charger in separate decoction/mash thing
Add dextrose to the super-dry and some late hallertau flowers and whirlpool
Chill super-dry down first and use us05 @ 16
Chill session IPA down and use us05 @ 20
