Notes
Hop schedule is:
5g each of Mosaic and Equinox @ First Wort.
15g each of Mosaic and Equinox @ 0 min.
Hopstand whist slowly chilling.
Day 9, dry hop with 30g each of M&E.
Leave for biotransformation 4 days.
On day 13, dump previous hops and yeast.
Day 14, dump any small amount remaining and dry hop with another 50g each of M&E.
Day 18 crash cool to 0 degrees.
Day 19 Add Gelatine
Day 20, bottle & keg.
This is tasting amazing a few weeks in. For a rebrew consider adding 10% Munich, 2.5% flaked barley (or making 5% and 5% with t.wheat), add some Columbus to the whirlpool and Galaxy to the dry hop.
