Initial tasting notes when bottling: good hop flavour and aroma, but probably needs more IBUs from boil additions. I was seeing how majority late boil/no chill cube additions would taste. I'm surprised more bitterness didn't get extracted from prolonged contact with the no chill cube wort. Might brew again just to confirm the taste profile from no chill hops.
