Notes
Steep grains at 155 for 30 minutes
bring water to a boil
add hops per the schedule noted above
after 60 minutes, turn off heat, add the lactose
cool to pitching temperature, filter, aerate
ferment for 14 days, transfer to secondary for 14 days
