Copy of an Evil Twin recipe from the 'Make Some Beer' book by Erica Shea and Stephen Valand. I've subbed some of the hops. For example Magnum for Simcoe and Styrian for Willamette. To get the target ABV as described in the book I need to get 100% efficiency - wish me luck...
