Brew 2/4/17

made hop tea with whirlpool hops in french press with 170 F water and let sit for 60 min during wort boil

after boil chilled wort to 170 and added hop tea water, also put hop sludge into bag and let steep for approx 20 min until dropped to 140 and started wort chiller

first dry hop 5 oz on 2/8/17

ramped up to 72 F on day 7

second dry hop 5 oz transferred to secondary keg 2/14/17

Brewed on 3/4/17 w grainfather

first dry hop 3 oz citra 3/8/17

ramped up to 72 F on day 6,7

transferred to keg second dry hop 3 oz mosaic 3/12/17

cold crashed for 48 hours, transferred to serving kegs on 3/16/17

note - use 7.75 gal of water
