Notes

Fermentation stopped at 1.016. 2.6% vol. May have been underpitching. mash temp was high, but not high enough to explain the FG.

Tasting after two hours in the keg: Very tasty.. Full bodied for the strength. Slightly under carbonated, as expected. Good balance between malt and hops. Some sweetness, but not cloying, probably drops of over the next week or two.
